Challenges Overcome

Our two biggest challenges were rotating Inspectors and heavy rain. The city’s building department went through a long hiring transition, so we coordinated with a variety of Building Inspectors. It also rained heavily, putting us 3 weeks behind. To stay on schedule, we built a tent over the new wing to protect our work. While remodeling the family room, we put a temporary kitchen and laundry facility in the dining room. When we started remodeling the kitchen and dining areas, we built a backyard tent with another kitchen and laundry facility for the clients to use until we finished work.
